I would absolutely love being able to have two computers keep the track ratings and play counts in sync with each other. That way, you don't have to rate everything twice. 
It would be an absolute killer feature.

Kevin and I think the patch of bug 638130 would cover this use case. Please reopen this bug if you think we're mistaken.
