when I scroll or click the up/down arrows to choose another font use the font box, 
gimp crashed.And a message box popup:

 The instruction at "0x618a903f" referenced memory at "0x00000020". The memory  could not be "read".
 Click on OK to terminate the program
 Click on CANCEL to debug th program

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
