This can easily be reproduced with gst-plugins-base/gst/playback/test7

Works for me (after fixing 661202 and 661215), with Ogg/Vorbis, and raw FLAC.

Still works with latest git master.

Sebastian, ping, can you reproduce the problem with latest GStreamer ?
