Today Moving/Scaling/Rotating an object in Gimp is more complex than it has to be. These three should be integrated into one single
tool. The greater the number of cooks, the worse the soup.

This will save a little space in the 'Tools' section. Also it will ease up the handling with layer objects and make it easier for the end-user to work with.
