Why don't you use the common way for providing translations [1]? You should't use Bugzilla for it. Bugzilla is for filing bugs only, and in my opinion, a translation doesn't refer to a bug.

Some time ago the recommendation was to file bug reports like this.
I believe the GNOME L10n Wiki might still say that.

In any case, the new way is indeed to upload the translations to http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/an and ask from there for the committers to upload.

@Simos: yes, it is referenced in http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/LocalisationGuide#The_role_of_the_coordinator (3rd paragraph). Could you rephrase this paragraph?

@Daniel: yes, you simply give gnome-i18n ML the link to the pages of l10n.gnome.org where the translations are uploaded.
