example .SMI

I am forwarding this bug from downstream: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gstreamer0.10/+bug/605370

With this SMI file the stream should skip to 4 minutes in but it starts at the beginning.
Comment 1 Ben 2010-07-18 03:25:06 UTC
There is now a debug log attached to the upstream bug (totem --gst-debug=5), It is a huge text file and even compressed it would not allow me to upload it here.
Comment 2 Stefan Sauer (gstreamer, gtkdoc dev) 2010-08-09 21:15:28 UTC
gstreamer is not handling smil files. Did you meant to file that bug against the totem-playlist-parser?
Comment 3 Ben 2010-08-10 01:42:32 UTC
Sorry I usually just assume problems handling media files are gstreamers fault, I do not know all this ins and outs. Changing to totem-pl-parser bug.

The start time is handled just fine in the playlist parser.
