GtkNotebookPage has been removed from GTK+ (aa017fa) and in GTK+ 3 the switch-page signal now gets a GtkWidget* pointing to the page as second parameter. Do note the attached patch has not been tested for real as anjuta is not yet ready for GTK+ 3 (glade3 & vte).

There is a test-program (test-dock) in the gdl directory that you can use. There are also other projects using gdl though I don't know if they are ready for gtk+-3.0.

BTW, anjuta is blocked by glade not being ready...
