Since about one day ago, yum on menubar complains with the following root mail every hour:

There was a problem updating the system. The following error message
was reported:

Failed to build transaction: Missing Dependency: perl(Archive::Tar) >= 1.44 is needed by package perl-Module-Install-0.92-1.el5.rf.noarch (installed)

If the problem persists, manual intervention may be required.

Should be "yum on fixed" obviously. See also bug 624058.
