Fix a double subjunctive in the German translation

Hi,

the German translation of the "low capacity" nitification contains a double subjunctive, turning the information into something very vague. The sentence

"Ihr Akku hat eine sehr geringe Kapazität (%1.1f%%), was bedeuten kann, dass "
"er alt oder defekt sein kann."

which roughly translates into

"Your battery has a very low capacity (%1.1f%%), which may mean that it may be "
 "old or broken."

The attached patch fixes the double subjunctive and makes the translation consistent with the original English text.

For translation related patches I normally ask people to send the patches to the coordinator for that language. Could you please forward this bug/patch onto the German translation team please. Thanks.

Many thanks for your patch. The problem is fixed in both master and gnome-2-30.
