This first negotiates YUY2 until reverse-negotiation is triggered by resizing the window. Afterwards it's RGB passthrough.

Happens with core/base 0.10.29 as well, fwiw, so not a regression.

Almost certainly.  Dup'ping loses the critical severity, but it's not a regression and clearly isn't that critical.
