Description rockonthemoonfm 2010-07-04 10:41:50 UTC
Have you ever used Rhythmbox on a netbook? A lot of wasted space.
Gnome 3 suite decided to make a big leap ahead, yet not radical, so why not the almost default music player?

We use three lines when just only one would be sufficient.
We don't need an entire line to switch from a position to another of a song.
We don't need to know a so big details of the current playing track, since it's written on the title bar, on the file browser and by the notification system.
Have a look to Banshee, now getting also a netbook interface for MeeGo.
---> Have a look to the maximized bar of Totem. <---

It's time to make a little change to the better, too much conservation takes to bad consequences.
Hope it's enough stimulating.
Good job!
Alex
