Currently Empathy got pretty confused if you receive a second call. It should do like the N900 does and ask user if he wants to put the first call on hold.

Another thing that might be nice is to give the user the option to either hold the existing call or offer to merge the two calls into a conference (if the two calls are on the same account and can be merged into a conference call)
