gnome-mag should depend on the new a11y framework

After a brief talk with Fer Herrera.

gnome-mag doesn't use at-spi at this moment. The only pending thing was the bonobo removal.

At this moment there is a  partial solution on a branch, although not fully completed (due last changes on gtk3 etc)

Anyway, as this is an at-spi dependency removal, this bug is not valid anymore.
