Description Fionn Behrens 2010-06-14 20:29:28 UTC
Subject already says it: If you allow Evolution to send a return receipt, the From address will always be the one of the default account!
This can become VERY embarrassing in a business context where you want replies to your business partners to NOT contain private mail addresses or - even worse - the "wrong" business / adress for the occasion.

Evolution should always lookup the recipient address in the account list and if it exists it MUST use that one and the default only for unknown recipient addresses!

not sure if it's related to bug 585577
Comment 2 Matthew Barnes 2010-06-15 09:45:36 UTC
I think it's another side-effect of the same bug. Closing as a dupe.
