Build GObject Introspection in gedit

gedit does not build introspection data.

The attached patch will build the data, it was taken from gsv.

patch looks ok to me. When we reenable python plugins though we need to make them conditional to introspection being built.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
