Thanks to 68be4c2b06aac9a2a773228a9e263331230f5fa0 Anjuta now uses g_io_channel_close which is deprecated.

Please fix and consider using "-DG_DISABLE_DEPRECATED" by default.

Thanks for this report. I haven't taken care that this is deprecated (since a long time), I have just fixed it.

Then we will try to change our build system to use Gtk 3.0 soon.
