Mark a translatable Unicode string as such

Patch to mark a translatable string which contains Unicode characters as a Python Unicode string. This should fix any problems with it being translated, if there were any (see bug #591496).

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
