In updating from 2.28.x to 2.30.3, I noted that all but one icon were removed from the share/icons/gnome/scalable/places directory. However, start-here.svg is still installed there, but the directory is not created any longer, making the installation fail.

Either
a) remove this icon as well, or
b) create the directory beforehand
