Latest ADP Substantiation form which gives the warning

I was filling in an ADP FlexDirect Substantiation form and got the following warning multiple times:

http://wwwimages.adobe.com/www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/devices/pdfs/flash_lite_digital_home_getting_started.pdf also produces this warning.

I can confirm the same occurs for me on the new file,
also the line number has changed (line 5928 now)

Also, when I first opened the document I saw the message 4 times. When I moved around in the document, the message showed up 1 more time. Then it stayed constant.
