Dimmed background and glowing window on OS X

Dim background for nonempty workspaces in Preview Mode to Indicate That User Can't click on the background.

Also, glow the clickable window previews as the mouse hovers, so that the user gets clue that he should select windows, not the workspace.

See the attached screenshot for the similar behavior on OS X.

We actually dim the background now - do we want a hover effect on windows as proposed or can we close this bug?
