When using Last.fm in Rhythmbox it always repeats the same five or so songs instead of going on to new ones. Sometimes after the first song is played it will immediately replay it. This happens almost every time I try to use it. If the problem would be fixed I would finally get rid of the official Last.fm application and use Rhythmbox for all my music-related needs.
