Patch to fix problem

From Ubuntu
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/metacity/+bug/584287

The wrong colormap is being used for the system visual - this causes crashes if GTK+ has the latest client side decorations patches. In this case the visual is expecting an RGB colormap and the default colormap is RGBA.
