Description James Strandboge 2010-06-01 15:04:12 UTC
This report has been filed here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/empathy/+bug/581828

From the original report:
"The Clean theme in empathy sometimes stops autoscrolling. I have not been able to find a reproducer, but usually after several minutes of chat in a single window, it will no longer scroll, and I have to manually move the scrollbar down to see messages. When this behavior occurs, it does not correct itself usually (once, it did) and all messages in that conversation have to be manually scrolled.

Changing to the Ubuntu (adium) theme is a workaround."
