GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 620228
Evolution crashes when sending or forwarding an email
Last modified: 2010-06-14 10:58:25 UTC
Hi, everytime I am trying to send emails evolution crashes without a message. I am using evolution with exchange since years, since upgrade to 2.30 it constantly crashes when trying to send emails. Today I completely removed the .evolution folder on my Desktop, and reconfigured evolution. Get segfaults: volution[5614]: segfault at 3 ip b474faf5 sp ae274030 error 4 in libcamelexchange.so[b4730000+59000] evolution[5740]: segfault at 3 ip b3cc2af5 sp b31ff030 error 4 in libcamelexchange.so[b3ca3000+59000] evolution[8173]: segfault at 3 ip aeba06d9 sp b34fdd10 error 4 in liborg-gnome-itip-formatter.so[aeb98000+17000] evolution[8297]: segfault at 3 ip b46a4af5 sp ae937030 error 4 in libcamelexchange.so[b4685000+59000]
Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it. Can you get us a stack trace? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!
