Gnumatic Inc. does since a few years no longer exist. 
So it makes no sense, to have it as copyright holder of new GnuCash 
translations.

OTOH I didn't see any usage of po/Makevars, when I called "make pot". So it seems currently unused. In that case we should eventually remove the file?
