Description Paul Cutler 2010-05-28 10:09:28 UTC
The Foundation Board would like to ask to have a Gobby server installed (http://gobby.0x539.de/trac/). We use Gobby for our bi-weekly board meetings and today are using vuntz's private server. With Vincent stepping down now is a good time to transition to a official GNOME hosted server.

Which server should it live on? Any security concerns?

One thing I thought of after we discussed this: the board minutes might contain some private information, so we'd need to make sure there's a way to either control who accesses documents, or to easily remove documents.

(it works okay right now because my server is private, so nobody else is using it)

Christer set up a public instance and a private instance on the VM. The private instance uses a custom port and password that has been shared with the board.
