Desktop with hidden Evince title bar

The Evince title bar is hidden behind the Windows taskbar if the taskbar is placed on the top of the desktop.

Evince either should be placed on the 0,0 location of the desktop working area (not screen) or it should save it's last window position.

Tested on the Windows XP SP3.

I can confirm this issue on Windows 7.

This should be fixed by a workaround in the build of the 2.30.3 binaries . Please download [1] and test it and report back here.

It's fixed only if Evince opens the pdf document.

When I run Evince using a shortcut on the desktop or from the Windows start menu, the reported behavior remains.

Tested on Windows XP SP3 and Evince 2.30.3 binaries.

I also have this bug on Windows 7 64bit. I have two monitors and the right one is the primary monitor. All other applications will start on this monitor but Evince starts in the top left corner of the desktop when it isn't loading a document.
