Sample dia file

1) Draw two boxes
2) Draw a dashed line between both boxes (connected)
3) Change dash length from 1.0 to 0.25
4) Export the image as PNG or SVG

I guess both the exporters you used were cairo based. So my fix for bug #620380 should fix this one as well.
