We removed g_strescape() in commit b724b6128124f53d8a4053674df7a19ffebe566b but we should really be using tracker_sparql_escape() or TrackerSparqlBuilder

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
