In file pickers and lists, there is no way to sort:

3aa.txt
4aa.txt
20a.txt

Like "ls" would sort it.  2<3<4.

No matter what, it sorts 3aa - 4aa - 20a

This is NOT related to "LC_COLLATE" issues.
