When entering the budget, the mask has been changed. Der horizontale Scrollbalken ist fast unendlich geworden. The budget can therefore not be typed clearly.

I have reinstalled several times GnuCas, still the error remains. This is even using the 2.3.12 version.

Same bug, only one phrase is in German.
