A4 dvi file example

Hi, 

when generating tex dvi files in A4 format and displaying them in evince, the page size gets wrong, head and especially foot lines are cropped. Looks as if evince eroneously assumes american paper format. See example attached.

Still reproducible with evince 3.9.2 (master).  Normal view does not show header nor footer. Print preview shows the header, but no footer.  xdvi shows the document as expected.
