Description Denilson F. de Sá 2010-05-20 02:46:49 UTC
I have a widescreen monitor (like most people nowadays), and this is my common usage scenario:
1. I open a PDF and start reading it in "Dual" mode (also with "Fit to width" and "Continuous").
2. Every now and then, I want to zoom in at some page, in order to better read it or in order to see a smaller detail. Then, I just disable the Dual mode.
3. Right after that, I enable Dual mode again, since I think it's the best way to display and scroll a PDF.

So, basically I'm toggling Dual mode on and off all the time, on almost all PDFs that I read.

I've already added the Dual button to the toolbar, but I still miss a keyboard shortcut. I would suggest Ctrl+D.

While we are at it, maybe a few other options could have shortcuts. Maybe "Fit to Width" and "Best Fit" could receive Ctrl+9 and Ctrl+0 (just because 0 and 9 are right next to minus and plus, which are already used for Zoom).

I'd use this too. See my report for a more general zoom settings shortcuts here: #653438
