Don't use deprecated functions

Gtkglext uses deprecated GTK functions, so the build fails when Gtkglext is used with a GTK where deprecated functions are disabled.

The attached patch fixes that, by replacing all calls to deprecated GTK functions.

I think this issue has been already taken care of with patches from Javier Jardón and Ionut Biru. See bug #603949.
