starter script on macosx path problems fixed

The paths configured in the system (/etc/profile) are not loaded in the script.
This caused e.g. the LaTeX plugin to crash tomboy because of a missing latex binary, even though it is present.

Also, running the script on the commandline doesn't work if you do not use the absolute path.

Both these small but important issues are fixed in the attached patch.
