patch to fix issue

Because of the DCC exploit issue (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/FixDCCExploit) with some routers, IRC clients in ubuntu use port 8000 to connect to freenode by default. Empathy is still using 6667.

Please change default port to 8001 for freenode.
