Send a file( >900M ) to an online friend in people nearby via IM through wired network, When the  sending percentage  >  95%, the system response very slow.
   Use #top to check Telepathy-sault , %CPU 99.7 %MEM 80.3

(1)connect wired network
(2)config proxy
(3)launch IM
(4)send a file( >900M ) to an online friend in people nearby 
(5)wait until the sending percentage is about 95% 
(6)launch some applications like terminal to check system response

Expected result:

System response should not be impacted during file transfer via IM
