executing the finish-import script gives the following error:

  /home/admin/gitadmin-bin/finish-import: line 26: validate-doap: command not found
  ERROR: Cannot clear pending flag as DOAP syntax is invalid

and leaves the newly added Git repository in a PENDING state.
