Dear Developers,

Now, Orca not have default script to ask current date and time, and spokening and writing braille display the requested informations.
Few years ago, Storm Dragon do this two function with an orca-customizations.py file, and this feature very popular with users, for example minor special accessible distributions accepts this orca-customizations.py script part, for example the Vinux distribution. My openion this default feature need Orca Screen Reader, because visual impaired people difficult to query always with current date and time with top expanded panel, need press Ctrl+Alt+Tab key, need press more tab key to search actual datetime indicator and need switch back actual used application or go to the desktop. Simplest to have default two key combinations to spoken and writing braille the current date and time information, for example Orca+d to spoken and writing braille the current date, Orca+t to spoken and writing braille the current time.

I do a patch with do this feature, but need testing the community. In date spokening and braille writing feature part, now I not used translated form, see my this topic Orca-list mail, I think this is not need with this feature part. For example, when I switch english language, Orca spokening and writing braille following form the current date:
2010. April 28, Wednesday.
If I switch back with hungarian language, Orca spokening and writing braille absolute correct following the current date:
2010. április 28, szerda.

With time spokening and braille writing feature part, I marked translation with hour and minute suffix words, so, if I querying current time with Orca+t key combination and I switched english language, Orca spokening and writing braille following format the time:
12 hour 36 minute.
When I switch back with hungarian language, because hour and minute words is translatable, Orca spokening and writing braille following form the current time:
12 óra 36 perc.

Next comment I attaching the first solution patch, anybody please look and test. Braille support testing is important, because I haven't got a braille display.
