Notes are not connected to trackers.

Solution:
Notes added while a tracker is active should be in that colour and should be cleared when clearing the tracker.

This issue is resolved with the latest tracker overhault - see Bug 616589

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
