1. View - Side Pane.
2. Select - 'Emblems'.
3. Scroll to bottom of pane.

Last Icon is truncated, as shown in attached screen shot."

'Backgrounds and Emblems' have now been removed from nautilus master, see [1]. Closing this as OBSOLETE.
