In order to start the registration process for GUADEC 2010, one of the
organizers (Koen Martens), requested an email alias to handle it.

The alias requested is registration at guadec org to point to
guadecreg at sonologic nl

FWIW, I checked http://live.gnome.org/MangoFAQ,
http://live.gnome.org/NewAccounts and
https://mango.gnome.org/new_account.php.  None of them seemed to have
the information suitable for a @guadec.org alias.

The accounts team answered that they do not handle this sort of request
(ticket #11124 in mango).

This is a sysadmin bug. We'll take care of it.

Added and seems to be working ok from our end. Reopen this bug if there are any issues.
