Description kyleabaker 2010-04-08 23:28:43 UTC
I noticed that when you listen to tracks via Last.fm Radio Stations, not all tracks are submitted to the Last.fm service.

Works:
The cases that are successful are the ones where the user manually selects the track to play. Example: double clicking a track, double clicking a station, clicking the next button.

Doesn't Work:
Times when this plugin fails to submit tracks are when the player automatically moves to the next track after completing one. All tracks that are automatically played will NOT be submitted to the service due to this bug.

This bug seems to be fairly old, but I've most recently found it on Ubuntu 10.04 with Rhythmbox 0.12.8.

I don't see much of a reason to keep this separate from your earlier bug 611281.

This bug is still present in rhythmbox 0.13. Is there any effort going on to fix it? It'd be nice to get scrobbling working properly eventually.

I'm aware this is marked as a duplicate, but the problem description is spot on, and the original bug is not accessible (a fact that naturally piques one's curiosity..).
