To reproduce Emoticons:

1. LANG=de_DE gtkhtml-editor-test
2. Click "Einfügen", then "Emoticon"
Note this bug is inherited to Evolution.

To reproduce Find/Replace

1. LANG=de_DE evolution
2. Press "CTRL+N" to show "Nachricht verfassen" (New message window)
3. Press "CTRL+F" and "CTRL+H".

Since I'm already including "gi18n-lib.h" is better to use the macro instead of "dgettext"
