YouTube now makes videos available in a smorgasbord of formats[1], which we should make use of in Totem. Hopefully, this will allow us to get rid of the icky t-param stuff, too.

Here's a patch for the old Python version of the plugin, which someone kindly failed to upstream at all, to enable format 22 (HD videos): http://gist.github.com/100963.
