Had a hard time to figure out the APN name for this offer (had to install it on Windows to discover it).

I added "click" with the name Prima Surf (which I found on Orange's CH site) and also updated the mobileoffice3g APN with the name "Business Everywhere" which is what that plan's name seems to be.  Also added the "internet" APN which seems to be the normal non-business postpaid APN.
