Rather than having a unique blocking/tracking bug here for each and every issue found in the Thunderbird Wizards, I'm making a combined bug here.

Please add any mozilla bugs which interfere with Orca's ability to present the content of a Wizard here, both as a comment and in the See Also URL field. When all the See Also URLs are fixed, we can close this bug.
