GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 614553
selection of an S/MIME encryption certificate
Last modified: 2011-01-19 11:58:06 UTC
There seems to be a bug regarding selection of an S/MIME encryption certificate. I got two certificates on a PKCS#11 device (Aladdin eToken Pro 72k Java), one for just signing and authentication and one for just encryption of email. But I can't choose the encryption certificate in my account's security settings, the combo box only lists the authentication certificate. Is this a known problem that has a workaround? Regards, Johan Distribution: Ubuntu 9.10 (karmic) Gnome Release: 2.28.1 2009-11-03 (Ubuntu) BugBuddy Version: 2.28.0
Created attachment 169629 [details] cannot select S/mime
Also for me the same bug? regarding selection of an S/MIME encryption certificate. I got one certificate on a PKCS#11 device (Bit4id miniLector 38UL USB), for signing and authentication and for encryption of email. But I still can't choose the certificate in my account's security settings, the combo box only lists nothing. In the attachment I show the situation.
opps I'm using UBUNTU 9.10 and EVOLUTION 2.28.1
