Viet Nam Broadband provider list

I has made a list of Viet Nam's Broadband provider.
They use the same configuration of GPRS for 3G.

Fix for the Mobifone provider

I have a mistake with Mobifone provider. The APN must be: m-wap (not v-wap). I have just tested it yesterday because i hadn't had 3G phone before. I'm very sorry about the mistake. Please fix it.
