Many other gnome apps (gnome-terminal, Chromium) use Ctrl+Shift+PgUp/PgDn to move the current tab to the left/right.  Empathy should implement this.

For future reference, it would be good if you could configure your git to set your real name in the 'From' field.
You should also include the number of the bug in the commit message to be credited in release notes.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
